lifetime runner, HS PRs 1600m 4:42, 3200m 10:22, 5k 16:20. Adult PRs (since 2013): 5k 17:10, 10k 35:05, 1/2 Marathon 1:17:30, Marathon 2:55:00 (2014 Boston Marathon) Trail race 50k 5:08:00. Other achievements: 3x Boston Qualifier. Course Record holder, Utah Valley full and half marathon (Clydesdale Division)
Short-Term Running Goals:
finish a 100k and then a 100 miler in 2016. Mountaineering objectives include climbing all the major Idaho peaks, the high points of each state, including Denali
Long-Term Running Goals:
who knows? I'd love to develop into one of the stronger mountain runners in Idaho, compete in the Leadville and Western States 100 mile races

Easy 4 miles, the first 3 miles were a little bit up-pace, 814, 751, 801. Just pushed the pace a little more than I could have. Felt great today.
